Job Description

Our client, an international Manufacturing business is recruiting for an FP&A Manager to support their Business Finance team:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Finance Director, responsible for business analysis, budget / forecast, business strategies as well as business modeling
  • Lead the team in preparing annual budget, monthly forecast including variance analysis with recommendations
  • Responsible for KPI reporting and development, variance analysis, trend analysis across divisions/products, etc.
  • Management report preparation and analytical review
  • Provide value-added financial insights to management and business leaders for formulating, executing business strategies to achieve better results, improve long-term competitiveness and sustainability
  • Assist management in process and workflow improvement projects
  • Ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A / business analysis, ideally in a mnaufacturing business
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
