Job Description


What you do

  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in monitoring restaurant day-to-day operations
  • Provide bubbly, friendly, and quality service in our restaurant
  • Assist in managing stock levels and manage staff rosters
  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently at high quality standards
  • Ensure the restaurant is a safe work place at all times
  • Help to ensure the restaurant’s performance meets with management’s expectation
  • Perform shifts duties

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in F&B field
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in restaurant operation in a similar high end or high volume restaurant is highly preferred.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality, with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken English (Proficiency in Chinese a plus)
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
