YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform front desk duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires and cashier
  • Greet VIP guests and escort to room for check in
  • Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures
  • Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets
  • Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry (Minimum 1 year for Supervisor)
  • Diploma or above
  • Independent & confident to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • Additional language would be an advantage
