Job Description

FIT-MAX CENTRE (HONG KONG) LTD. is seeking the following positions Full Time Customer Services Administrator – on shift

 

 

Full Time Customer Services Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties, including handle incoming calls, answer enquiries and clients greeting;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
  • Shift duties between 7am and 9pm (44 hours per week)

Requirement:

  • Secondary education or above
  • 1-2 years working experience is our preference
  • Pleasant, polite, initiative and good telephone manner
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
