About the Company
An American leading PE firm is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their team. This company provides fund services ranging from PE/hedge/real estate funds to fund of fund with offices located in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
The role
This role will have a broad learning exposures on different types of funds with excellent career prospect. This role will be working in a dynamic team coming from MNC background, excellent working culture.  
Job Description
  • Supports operational fund administration activities
  • Record all accounting entries in the accounting system and reconcile to the investment database
  • Reconcile the funds cash to outside sources
  • Research internal differences between the accounting and trade entry systems
  • Analyze fund performance on a daily and monthly basis
  • Accurate calculation of fund NAV's
  • Post accounting entries to ledger
  • Perform month-end close processes/financial statement preparation
  • Coordinates fund administration activities with internal partners
  • Prepare and review monthly/quarterly cash reconciliations for multiple entities
  • Reconcile the funds positions/securities to outside sources
  • Prepare and review financial work papers including balance sheets, operating statements, cash flows, and other accounting reports
  • Prepare and review general ledger journal entries
  • Assist team and clients on fund admin related tasks
  • Prepares fund expense invoices for clients
Ideal Candidate should have the followings
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of full set accounting experience
  • Previous work experience in Financial services sector is an advantage
  • Strong communications in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • A good team player with good knowledge of general accounting and reconciliation practices and procedures
  • Good computer skills including Excel, able to design spreadsheet, create and run reports from accounting systems
