• Viva (Group) Trading Co. LTD is a well-established FMCG distribution and merchandising company in Macau with 40 years of history
• It is the exclusive distributor for Unilever and Johnson & Johnson Baby Care, Personal Care and Skin Care products in Macau
• It has a drugs export and import license for drug items, and it is planning to develop this line of business
• There are approximately 450 retail outlet customers
• It has its own office and warehouse facility
• Currently there are 38 sales, warehouse, office and management staff

 

Job Description

1. Report to the president
2. Prepare and execute annual business plan
3. Manage a team of 40 sales, warehouse and general office staff
4. Direct sales to key retail customers
5. Develop our drugs distribution business
6. Recruit, develop and train staff, ensuring an efficient and cohesive team.
7. Coordinate with internal, external parties and government departments
   

 

Qualification Requirement:

1. Living in Macao or Zhuhai
2. A professional manager with proven track record in planning, organizing, directing and control
3. University degree, preference for majors in Business Administration or Foreign Trade
4. Knowledge in finance, taxation, customs regulation, foreign trade and business administration
5. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in the FMCG
6. Additional experience in drugs distribution
7. Good sales skill, communication skill and people skill
8. Fluent in Cantonese with adequate Mandarin and English language skill
9. Technologically savvy
10. Compensation commensurate with qualification and experience

4. 主要零售客户的直接销售
5. 协助开发药品分销业务
6. 招聘、发展和培训员工，确保团队高效、凝聚力强
7. 协调内外部、政府部门的工作
   

资格要求

1. 住在澳门或珠海
2. 有计划、组织、指导和控制方面证明资料的职业经理人
3. 大学学历，工商管理或外贸专业优先
4. 有金融、税务、海关条例、外贸、工商管理方面的知识
5. 至少10年快消品相关行业的工作经验
6. 有药品分销经验者优先
7. 良好的销售技巧，良好的人际关系技巧
8. 粤语流利，普通话和英语熟练
9. 精通电脑操作
10. 与资格和经验相称的报酬
