Duties:

• Responsible to lead and oversee the Commercial & Tendering Team
• Provide overall guidance and advises in different departments
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients and business development
• Prepare & execute business strategic plan, sales forecast and report to senior management
• Analysing clients’ needs and business obstacles, scoping potential solutions and improving sales

 

Requirements:

• 20+ years experiences in Construction
• 10+ years experiences at management level
• Business strategic planning and management reporting
• Strong leadership and operations experiences
• Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision making
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working Location: Macau
