Job Description

A General Manager position to act in both strategic and operational capacity with responsibilities including leading and directing the company to achieve targeted growth through introduction of new products, QA practises and supply chain optimization.

Our client is an air diffuser manufacturer and they have 3rd parties factories in China. They generated over $500 million of business last year and is expecting to double their business in the next 3 years.

Description

  • In charge and manage daily operation of Hong Kong and china office
  • Develop and implement business strategy
  • improve work efficient of the team
  • Take lead in the product development, sales strategy and production process
  • Assist CEO for long term development
  • coordinate with internal, external parties and gov department

Profile

  • degree holder in management, engineering or related discipline
  • At least 10+ years experience in quality management, operation management, production management or supply chain management
  • Passionate character
