This is an opportunity for a seasoned talent who would like to further excel on an international platform of pharmaceutical business. The position will be responsible for sales and partnership management of the existing business of an acquired branded franchise.
The franchise comprises an existing global business in more than 20 countries. The incumbent will become the key driver to integrate these business from the previous brand owner into NT Pharma commercial operation. Development of individual market business
partnership and alliance is defined as a main strategic approach to this integration project.
The position is based in Hong Kong and reports directly to the Director of Global Business. Primary objective is to manage sales generated from these existing markets and the local business partners, such as distributor, out-licensed agents etc.
The products concerned are cold-chained prescription items manufactured in Switzerland. The current business requires migration including markets in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Latin America.
This position will work in a matrix of organization containing stakeholders within and outside NT PHARMA. It is expected close collaboration will be engaged with colleagues in marketing, regulatory affairs, supply chain and particularly the overseas business
University graduate in Business Administration or Biological Sciences
3 years of proven overseas / regional sales, business or alliance management experiences in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare industries with overseas business partners and/or distributors.
An existing network of overseas business partners is an advantage
Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical business in overseas markets, including market access, regulatory affairs, logistics and healthcare
A work self-starter who requires minimal supervision with an ambition to build a business from beginning.
An effective communicator with people at all level with excellent language skills in both English and Chinese.
