Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and labour market analysis at Group level
  • Implement C&B strategies and actions including but not limited to remuneration like incentive, commission schemes review and other compensation plan
  • Ensure that the C&B policies & procedures are in compliance with employment regulations and group standards

Requirements:

  • Agile with a great service attitude
  • A strong will to improve oneself continuously with proven evidences
  • Related experience in using Excel (Pivot table, v-look up, VBA) for handling C&B tasks
  • Solid experience with track records in implementing C&B projects with experience in PRC would be an added advantage
  • Well-versed in local and/ or overseas Employment Ordinance & related regulations
