About Combi:


Combi was established in 1968 as an enterprise that is a “partner” to mother and child. In 2002, Combi adopted a new brand slogan to communicate it no longer only caters to mothers and newborns but to all caretakers and small children. Job Objective:

Through the survey and collecting market information and propose the new innovation product ideas and plan. Collect the market information from all affiliates and make the mid-term plan.

 

Job Duties:

  • Through market research, online collection, user questionnaires and other forms of understanding of the end users of existing products satisfaction and improvement.
  • Through the survey and collecting market information and propose the new product idea
  • Develop sufficient new products to expand Global Business with Global R&D centers
  • Execute with the Global R&D Dept. on the product design to ensure safety and new product to be developed
  • Report to R&D Manager about the product timely so has to submit the progress reports about the design and plan and manage the product life cycle to maximize growth and gross profit at each stage;
  • Manage all aspects of the design and engineering phase, keep the product development costs and timelines to market introduction;
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other subsidiaries Sales and Marketing in charge to get the trend and request from the markets to create new product concept;

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration / Product Design / Graphic Design or other relevant disciplines;
  • 3 ~ 5 years extensive experience in product design and brand strategy experience is preferable;
  • A thorough understanding of the R&D environment;
  • Good market research and analysis skills, project management skills and result-oriented;
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Chinese, Japanese is not a must but higher priority;
  • Frequent travel to overseas and China
