Job Description

  

  • Must meet below Requirements:

    1. HKCEE / DSE 5 pass including Chinese & English
    2. Min 5 yrs full time working experience in administrative, clerical or customer service area in Government office or Public Sector;
    3. Proficiency in MS word, ExcelChinese word processing 

    Duties:

    • Handle outbound calls
    • vetting and updating of data with reference to documents;
    • Compiling statistics, reports and summaries 
    • Providing executive support including but limited to arranging meetings, co-ordinating office accommodation, preparing returns, vetting quotation, updating internal procedural manual
  Workplace : Kowloon Bay
  Working hours : Mon - Fri  (44 hours per week include one hr lunch break)
  Contract period : Jun 2019 - Nov 2019
  Salary : Hong Kong dollar $16,000
