Job Description

Our client is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Manager to execute the end‐to‐end recruitment duties for Early Career Talent within the company.

Description

  • Manage all selection and assessment activities in relation to graduates and intern recruitment, including application screening, candidate ranking, assessment days, offer decisions, interviewing materials and interviewer panels
  • Co-ordinate organisation and attendance at recruitment events
  • Ensure graduate recruitment brochure and website are reviewed, maintained and updated
  • Co-ordinate all university sponsorships and visits. Manage relationship with key strategic relationship universities and monitoring activities to ensure return on investment from events
  • Maintain and monitor selection strategies, to ensure return on investment from events and marketing and to ensure the firm continues to hire exceptional candidates onto its internship and training programmes
  • Be the main point of contact for liaising with the graduate recruitment contacts within the network, maximising opportunities for inter-office student events, networking and knowledge sharing
  • Design and deliver key events including open days, post-offer events
  • Conduct career development meetings with graduates, giving advice and guidance to individuals when looking at their career plans and discussing their performance and experience to date
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

  • You will have a sound knowledge of Graduate programmes having performed a similar Graduate Development or Training role in a large commercial environment (minimum 5 years' experience)
  • You will be confident and willing to engage with all levels of staff
  • You will be an accurate worker with high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. You will be proactive and be able to demonstrate new initiatives you have implemented.
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • You will have good communication skills and a friendly and outgoing manner.
  • Strong English, Chinese and Mandarin communication skills (verbal and written),
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong team player combined with motivation to work individually
