Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a high caliber Group Director to join their business. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Create an effective Revenue Management strategy that results in significant and sustained Revenue growth for the business
  • Provide relevant market research reports for proper evalution of market performace
  • Supervise of all activities pertaining to Reveue Management & Distribution Department
  • Review properties LBR (Lost Business Report) & annual transient pricing and provide recommendations
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations for future strategies
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration and Hospitality or relevant discipline; specializing in Statistic, Strategic planning and Marketing is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in analysing property reports, competitor analysis and market trends to identify potential revenue optimization
  • Knowledge in GDS and other revenue & distribution related systems
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
  • Mature, self-motivated, passionate about challenges and with strong communication skills
