Our client is a fast-paced, innovative multinational financial services firm in Asia, who is looking for a L&D professional accountable for employees at all level across the Group.
Reporting to the Overall Head of Talent & OD, you will develop and implement learning strategies with the aim to deliver a variety of L&D opportunities to employees. You will also design development initiatives including leadership and digital programmes as well as building capability frameworks.
The successful candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in Learning and Development role, ideally in a fast-moving industry. You should be digital-savvy and has deep knowledge of using digital platforms for learning. Proven experience of designing and implementing learning strategies are required. You must speak fluent English.
