Job Description

Provide effective courteous services at Front Desk and resolve any guest dissatisfaction with a professional attitude.

 Responsibilities :

  • Provide courteous and effective services at the Front Desk
  • Perform registration and check-out procedures on all arrival and departure guests
  • Modify and update the respective folios of the hotel guests in the HIS system
  • Ensure all daily reports and statistics are generated according to the management requirements
  • Ensure sufficient cash float in each service wicket and check constantly to avoid a shortage
  • Perform any other duties assigned

 Requirements :

  • Certificate/ Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Front Desk experience (Prefer but not required)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office operation including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty is required
