Job Description

You love:

  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel;
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management;
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP;
  • Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests;
  • Provide on the job training to Guest Services Officers and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints;
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently.

Your characteristics::

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is mostly preferred;
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager;
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Mature, pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Guest Services Supervisor.
