Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct guests’ check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
  • Provide assistance in delivering luggage for guests
  • Deal with emergency matters in a prompt and tactful manner
  • Serve as Hotel’s ambassador by delivering high level of professional and personalized services to guests as to ensure good relationships with guests be maintained

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years' relevant experience in hotel’s front desk/customer services field
  • Pleasant, presentable and well-groomed
  • Approachable and always with a smiling face
  • A cooperative, mature team-player
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates or those with less experience will also be considered
