Job
Duties:

  • Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates)
  • Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception
  • Reservation handling
  • Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Hotel, Guest services or Tourism industry
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in computer literate (MS Excel, Words, e-mail)
  • Hard working and be a good team player
