Job Description

職責

-負責餐廳廚房日常營運工作

-恊助餐廳經理管理所有廚務職級員工

-監督所有食品份量一致及符合公司品質要求

-協助維持食材庫存管理工作

-定期更新、研發新產品及準備食譜

-檢查用具器材清潔及衛生

-控制食物成本

-新入職員工及新產品培訓

 

要求

-需具備5年或以上西/日式菜主廚經驗及研發工作

-良好的領導能力和溝通技巧

-高水平的創造力和烹飪創新

-需輪班工作
