Job Description

The Roles:  

  • Providing team leadership to CPU, sales operations, business analytics and business operations capabilities
  • Providing leadership and direction for business process improvement, productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Developing strategies and implement process improvement projects that result in significant improvements in service delivery and increasing organizational effectiveness
  • Working with Business Unit Heads to uncover and assess process improvement opportunities  
  • Partnering with Finance to incorporate project savings into financial plans and operating budgets
  • Ensuring the quality, cost efficiency and timeliness of the project deliverables
  • Identifying and remove obstacles that prevent the achievement of project assignments
  • Being a change agent in institutionalizing business process improvement mindset and culture
  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams
  • Seeking, sharing and implementing best practices
  • Communicating process improvement progress to Business Leaders and all colleagues on a timely basis
  • Contributing to business plan formulation and implementation of initiatives to achieve profitable business growth
  • Collaborating with regional and global offices to rollout key business initiatives and deliver expected results


Our Requirements:

  • Degree educated with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, guidelines and practices
  • Solid understanding of the insurance market and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
  • Strong experience in process improvement
  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate and coach direct reports - leadership capability in accordance with the Aon Impact Model
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral & written)
  • Advising, influencing and negotiation skills
