Responsible for managing the client advisory and servicing team. Manage and train the team on client advisory which entails advising & cross-selling
to existing clients for both the public and privates asset classes. Ensure that the team is servicing existing clients and supporting the Asia Pacific institutional sales team. Improve the work process for both client advisory and servicing and continually
encourage and motivate the team members to maintain a high level of performance. Develop the client advisory capabilities of the team consisting of primarily cross selling, understanding products and the market to be capable of updating clients. Support the
institutional sales team to engage new prospects. Engage with institutional clients directly, to enhance working relationships and ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely manner. Serve as primary day to day contact for all relationship activities, including
daily ad-hoc enquiries and in-depth search of information, request for information regarding portfolios and operational related requests. Work closely with the institutional sales and client portfolio management teams on client related matters. Prepare materials
required for prospecting and ensure they are in compliance for the respective country. Assist on new client on-boarding process & KYC process. Suggest improvements in enhancing work flow and further develop the institutional client advisory and servicing
process. Maintain clients’ information within the CRM database and ensure records are up-to-date. Assist in client events and any other client servicing or marketing activities to strengthen client relationships. Provide proactive support and communication
to prospects & clients with respect to portfolio performance, attributes and provide updates as needed. Arrange and coordinate client portfolio review meetings to review performance, assigned portfolios, investment guidelines, portfolio objectives and investment
process. Liaise and establish strong relationship with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of overall experience in areas of relationship management. Strong
interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of financial products, investment management principles, asset allocation, alternative investments, risk assessment and portfolio management techniques. Strong negotiation skills. Travel may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good leadership skills and work with minimal supervision and work efficiently.
