Head of Sales - Commercial Director 

Our client is a fast growing, ambitious, and market-moving financial media group seeking an experienced commercial director to continue its aggressive sales and product development across multiple revenue lines.


Job Overview:

  • Plan, manage and execute the sales strategy for all products and services which include Events, Subscriptions, Data & Research, Digital Advertising & Content
  • Lead, manage and mentor the sales team and ensure commercial success
  • Drive product innovation for existing and new products
  • Participate in budget planning, review and management
  • Strengthen the sale processes and collaterals for all products and services


Ideal Profile:

  • 10 years plus media or data sales experience
  • 5 years of proven P&L responsibility and accountability
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English essential, proficient in Mandarin is a bonus
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • High-level attention to detail
