A HK based Conglomerate
We are looking for an entry-level, energetic, IT professional to provide technical support on desktop hardware and software for our client, who is a well-known Hong Kong based conglomerate with business in retail, entertainment, real estate, securities, and so on. The successful candidate will work full-time on our client's site.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on the desktop and software running on it to the user community, and help to troubleshoot problems.
- Procure, install, configure and relocate desktop computers, software, anti-malware technologies, telephony systems, printing and photocopy services and other peripherals.
- Upgrade and patch desktop computers and software.
- Keep track of an inventory of all desktop computers, terminals, peripherals and software items.
Job Requirements:
- Holders of a Higher Diploma in a computer-related subject and obtained the results of level 2 or better in Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE (or passes in HKCEE) (will be also considered as Assistant level)
- Holders of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other Microsoft certified qualifications are preferred
- Minimum 1 years‘ experience in a desktop support position with a global company
- Basic Knowledgeable and skilled in software, hardware, LAN, Network installation, configuration and maintenance.
