Description

Our client is an international cross-border payments platform with HQ in US. They are actively looking for a highly-talented Help Desk Representative based in Hong Kong.


Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal customer calls and requests
  • Resolve customers’ computer problems in person, over the phone, or via any other medium
  • Manage the wireless network and configure policies
  • Install and configure network equipment including firewalls, switches, servers and so on
  • Troubleshoot network and server issues
  • Manage the office 365 environment
  • Follow and enforce IT, Security and acceptable use parties
  • Provide training to customers in the use of system and applications when needed
  • Log all support activities in Service Desk software
  • Manage and maintain VMware environment
  • Follow company’s policies and procedures
  • Participate in IT projects for network changes and introduction of new services

Skills needed 
  • Windows 7 & 10
  • Office 365 environment
  • Windows Server experience
  • Cisco WebEx
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft service (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO)

Requirments
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Commitment to excellence in services and with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Able to work outside normal business hours in order to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes, so that normal workflow is not interrupted
  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be a must
  • Be willing to travel
