Provide tier-1 level deskside support to end users

Support Desktop Software, Microsoft Windows, Office, O365

Perform daily IT helpdesk front-line support

Responsibilities:

1 year of IT experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support

Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

 Able to work independently
