Job Description

My client is seeking a junior admin staff experienced in HR to support their L&D team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs, especially in the Learning Management System
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Book training venues and ensure they're properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Degree holder, any discipline
  • Experience in project management
