Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, salary calculation, leave management and working visa application
  • Ensure proper and updated documentation of employees’ information in HR-files
  • Assist in preparing company secretary documents including broad minutes, annual return and company register documents
  • Handling general office administration tasks including office equipment maintenance and insurance
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Associate degree/ advanced diploma in Human resources or Business Administration
  • Prefer 2- 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Mature, team player, self-motivated, well-organized & strong sense of responsibility
