Job Description


  • Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
  • Assist in recruitment & training
  • Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year clerical experience in personnel related work
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel) and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant, detail-minded, efficient, accurate and responsible 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
