Job Description

Our client, Japanese Renowned Company, is now seeking for a high calibre individual to join their team as HR & Admin Assistant Manager – Japanese Speaking (Ref: 31870)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment and Selection; Training and Development; Compensation and Benefits; Performance Management etc
  • Review and main current HR issue and recommend the best solutions to company.
  • Assist the director to develop and implement HR strategies and policies for business expansion.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance of all HR related regulations
  • Directly Report to company Director and work closely with Japan HQ
  • Handle general office admin support
  • Ad hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5-8 years solid Human Resources experience with 3-5 supervisor experience in highly preferred.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (N2 or above)
  • Well conversant with Employment Ordinance
  • Well organized, strong communication and independent skills
