Job Description

Our client, well-known Japanese Jewelry Company is looking for HR Group Staff (Officer ~Assistant Manager)

Employment Ref: MK08728
Nature of Business: Well established Jewelry Retail
Location: TST
Working Days: 5 Days

- Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
- Title Allowance
- Health Insurance (with Medical Checkup)

Minimum 2 years or above relevant work knowledge and experience
Good knowledge of HK employment laws and practices
Must: Business level Japanese (Equivalent to JLPT 2/N2), Communication level English
Degree in Business Admin/HRM/ Business Management is advantage
Excellent people skill

Manage recruitment practices and retain effective workforce
Manage compensation system
Develop and facilitate Training & Development plans
Assist in office administrative support, provide interpretation/transportation
Ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
