Food For Good Limited (“FFG”) was established as a non-profit organization in 2012. Its mission is to promote and facilitate food waste reduction in Hong Kong by recycling food waste and introducing a green and sustainable living and redistributing surplus edible food to people in need.
Currently, we are looking for a full spectrum HR & Admin Manager to support our Human Resources and Admin Department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate should be familiar with Hong Kong Labour Law and practices, and has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
