About Our Client (Electronic Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the Electronic companies,is now looking for a HR & Admin. Officer to join their team. The job duties are as follows:

  • Handle all HR duties include recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations, company activities etc.
  • Work closely with head office in HK/UK and local department heads on HR related matters
  • Responsible for warehouse administration duties
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirement 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
  • 3 years of HR related experience
  • Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters
  • Good knowledge in related to HK labor ordinance, and/or related to HK employment regulations
  • Good time management, detail-minded, working under pressure, efficient, independent and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
