Job Description

HR & Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, MPF, employer’s returns, office and medical insurance etc.
  • Handle all administrative duties
  • Familiar with HR Employment Ordinance and MPF legislation  
  • Formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update internal HR records

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, attentive to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

Secretary / Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of full aspect of director’s daily clerical work, schedule arrangement.
  • Assist director at handling different kinds of paper work such as drafting letter, report, document etc.
  • Organize management’s meeting and make meeting minutes.
  • Assist director to greet important clients.
  • Assist Administration department to handle daily duties.
  • Handle ad-hoc jobs assigned by director

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related secretarial studies 
  • 3 years secretarial experience in serving top management, ideally serving expatriate
  • Gained experience in MNC or PRC company will be advantages
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred

Location: Admiralty
Office Hour: Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm)
Benefit: Bank Holiday, 15 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus, MPF, Transportation Allowance
