growth, we are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join us for the following post:
HR & Administration Officer
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, personnel file and HR record, payroll, MPF, tax return, leave record, employee compensation
and performance management;
- Provide the establishment and execution of HR policies & procedures aligned with HK Law and make recommendations for changes as appropriate to align and support company business
- Assist to manage contracts and agreements record in compliance with statutory and coordination of employee engagement activities;
- Deal with a wide range of contacts at all levels for timely delivery of admin service, to resolve difficult situations, recognize problem areas and recommend improvement actions
- Formulate and implement strategies to manage office expenses control to achieve the operational excellence requirement;
- Ensure all office equipment is operational and maintained for maximum performance; providing technical advice and giving instructions on organizational systems and guidelines.
- 5+ years’ experience in all-round HR & Admin functions experience in a multinational corporation with at least 3 years at supervisory level;
- Understanding of working with each department and individual team roles;
- Ability to liaise at an executive level, work under pressure and multi-task;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
