Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment process including job posting, arranging interviews and preparing relevant HR documents;
  • Handle full spectrum of office administration duties including equipment maintenance, office supplies, etc.
  • Maintain daily HR operations including staff record, attendance & leave management
  • Arrange recreation activities

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years solid HR working experience is perferable
  • Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements
  • Good command of English, Cantonese &, Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
