Job Description

Our client is a leading international law firm located in Central. Headquartered in UK with over 5,000 employees worldwide with a wide of legal services .They are looking for a dynamic HR Administrator to join their recruitment team. This role will report directly to Recruitment Manager, will be given opportunity to support projects and gain exposure of full recruitment cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing job postings at recruitment platforms and monitor the status of applications
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide support in lateral recruitment process: coordinate with recruitment agencies, liaise directly with business and candidates to arrange interviews, pre-employment checks and maintain agency list & Term of Business, etc
  • Support graduate recruitment events including career talks, law fairs and open house, etc.
  • Assist in selection process of experienced / campus recruitment: CV screening, interview arrangement, candidate management, etc.
  • Handle tax calculation and visa application
  • Support HR administrative duties: prepare contract, upload resumes, process invoices and reimburse all expenses in relation to recruitment
  • Provide administration assistance for ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Passionate in HR and administration duties/role
  • A team player and able to develop in a professional and committed team
  • Detailed-minded, organized and able to multi-task
  • Independent, dynamic and cheerful
