Job Description

  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Admin support to the Finance and IR team in HK
  • Organise and coordinate events such as team building and networking event
  • Manage travel, hotel booking for the staff, and maintain good relationship with service provider
  • Responsible for effective execution of Human Resources functions, including monthly payroll, recruitment activities, on/off-boarding arrangement and training coordination.
  • Bachelors' degree 
  • 8 years of relevant experience in office management, HR or administrative related
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
