Our client is an Industry leading Auction house with continual growth in the past decades and client with a global reach. Their new team in Hong Kong is currently looking for an Hr and administrator to assist within the office.

Description

Admin Duties

  • Perform all administrative works for the according team and manage of scheme.
  • Meeting, greeting and accommodating clients and guests
  • Answering and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
  • Be able to handle and deliver accurate and timely data inputs.
  • Oversee office maintenance and procurement
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

HR Duties

  • Facilitate staff recruitment and support employee performance management
  • To provide expatriates support including but not limited to working visa handling, insurance management and housing support.
  • Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Profile

  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in a sizeable firm with a stable record would be an advantage.
  • Great command of Mandarin and fluent English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates who are immediately available would be preferred
