Job Description

Our client is looking for a passionate HR assistant to join their team in HK.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for visa handling, staff transfer, training, HR administration and management reports
  • Assist in coordinating training programmes and compile regular training reports
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration such as medical enrolment/ movement, follow up issues and handle enquiries, administer work injury compensation claims
  • Administer HR systems/ files to ensure data accuracy and compile various reports/ statistics for management review
  • Participate in ad hoc projects/ assignments as and when required


Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or Degree would be an advantage
  • Three years' relevant working experience in fast-paced multinational working environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Access). Good understanding of HR systems would be an advantage
  • Responsible, organised, good time management
