Job Description

We are looking for:

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing.
  • Fluent i and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide full spectrum of executive support to the team.
  • Perform secretarial duties such as manage schedules and screening phone calls.
  • Handle all document management and other administrative functions.
  • Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
