Job Description



  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for all business lines, from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match. 
  • Develop strong sourcing network and assure a robust talent pipeline
  • Implement resourcing plans while maximizing quality and minimizing cost per hire
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers regarding internal requisition processes and provide strategic staffing advice
  • Update and maintain all resourcing related reports and plans
  • Assist ad-hoc projects when assigned.


  • Participates in Group actions regarding relationships with schools and attractiveness (trade fairs, forums, variety of events)
  • Assist the development and implementation of  employer attractiveness plan to ensure effective recruiting (internal referral and external recruitment) across all channels and levels and enhance staff engagement
  • Serve as the central resource for all branding activities and support recruitment across all channels to improve candidate experience
  • Assist all branding projects

Talent Management

  • Ensure that talent processes, tools and systems to support the identification and mobilisation of those individuals on succession plans or identified as high potential are understood and communicated, and use that info proactively for internal hires
  • Build and maintain awareness of CBU and Function future needs in strategic business plans / technical strategy plans that are relevant to talent and succession planning, and ensure alignment in relevant Resourcing decisions & processes
  • Provide external market intelligence to support future talent planning.


  • Ensure the suite of selection tools is consistently used across Function(s) to support achievement of quality of hire metrics
  • Evangelise the use of selection tools throughout assigned domain, both personally and through resourcing activity.


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • More than 3 years working experience in multinational companies
  • Familiar with recruitment processes and best practices
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
  • Good usage of Microsoft PPT, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well with people from diversified backgrounds
  • Positive attitude towards work, flexible, excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
