Job Description

HR Business Partner job for a global financial institution to drive all their HR strategic initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a very reputable listed global financial institution and they are expanding particularly within this year. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their HR strategic initiatives.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR Business Partner. You will be a strategic HR partner and advisor to key stakeholders and your responsibilities will include design and implement company policies and provide advisory service in full spectrum of Talent Acquisition comprising of recruitment, selection, manpower planning, on boarding and so on. You will also work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team on remuneration packages, review headcount report and organisation charts to meet high level corporate and business objectives, keep abreast with employment legislation and ensure business units are well informed on any significant changes and handle any ad hoc matters.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Have at least 10 years of relevant HR experience in listed organisations
  • Experience in all industries, particularly financial institution is welcomed
  • Strong with numbers and analysis
  • Sound leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability in multi-tasking and stake holding to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
