Job Description

A Fortune 500 and global MNC is looking for a high calibre talent to join as their HR Business Partner

Client Details

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high quality advice and support to managers and employees across a wide range of HR related issues, policies, systems and HR projects
  • Assist in all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Performance Management, Employee Relations amongst other key HR duties
  • Lead process improvement projects, coordinating with the Regional team on HR related projects and corporate initiative
  • Support compensation and benefits related programs, projects and initiatives for the Region
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, respond to internal and external stakeholder HR enquiries while acting as a trusted HR consultant
  • Provide end-to-end assistance in the formulation and implementation of HR polices and procedures; delivering the global HR agenda across the local market
  • Work closely with Regional HR team in ad hoc projects and to provide guidance and lead HR team members

Profile

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably in Personnel or HR Management) with solid relevant HR generalist experience
  • At least 5+ years of HR experience in all rounded HR Generalist role, preferably experience gained in sizeable multinational companies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
  • Ability to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management ability
    Regional HR experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, well-organised and flexible to work in fast paced environments
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required
