Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of HR and closely with the TA Manager/ Internal Recruiters
  • Communicate with business leaders and department head to understand their staffing needs. Provide talent landscape and adjust the requirements
  • Formulate and implement talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies and procedures
  • Monitor the hiring progression and identify the challenges with solutions to ensure sufficient talents on pipeline to support business growth
  • Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
  • Review and improve candidate experiences so as for employment branding

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 5 years of generalist experience gained from sizable organization
  • Preferrably with regional exposure or experiences in supporting business remotely
  • Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking to drive change and improvements
  • Strong relationship building skills; able to influence and engage leaders across different business units
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
