Reporting to the HR Manager/ dotted line Director based in Shenzhen, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and councel to local management across a range of HR aspects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, employees and management in support of realizing the strategic business objectives. This person will take care of payroll, taxation, recruitment, salary review and benchmarking, recruitment, engagement activities, system records maintenance of the office in Shenzhen.
We are looking for a seasoned HR generalist/business partner with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working for multinationals. FMCG industry exposure would be great.
In addition, we are also looking for:
Outstanding English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
A proactive, down-to-earth and personable individual with a high level of integrity
Experience working with a diverse and multinational expatriate workforce
Candidates who are based in Shenzhen are preferred
