Job Description

Our client is Asset Management To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team

 

Executive Secretary/HR -Asset Management (Native Mandarin) 8-10 months contract

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform full spectrum of administration and secretarial support to Executive
  • Handle confidential information, maintain a proper filing system and commercial documents in good records
  • Arrange appointments, schedule and travel arrangement, and work closely with different parities
  • Handle call screening, priority the schedule and tasks, ensure bring the attention to the Banker if any tight schedule and urgent happenings
  • Assist to set up meetings, conference calls, and taking minutes
  • Handle weekly reports in Chinese
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed

Requirements

  • University graduate, with at least 2years of executive secretary in asset management business
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
  • Native Mandarin speaker
