Job Description

A well structured and financially stable Buy-side Asset Managers is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to take care of their HK and North Asia office

This role offers :

This role will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Advising line managers on any HR-related issues
  • Working closely with the team and external vendors on projects such as talent acquisition, employer branding, internal mobility program, talent attraction etc.
  • End-to-end recruitment process from screening, interviewing, offering til the employee's on-boarding
  • Ensuring the firm is achieving market best practice and the firm is rewarding based on effective performance management indicators
  • Engaging staff across different levels to create a work-life balanced work culture

The suitable candidate shall meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist / Financial Services Recruitment or mixed experience
  • Sound knowledge of employment ordinance and HR regulations
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
