Job Description

Our client is a regional multi-asset asset management firm with a strong track record in the region.  Due to expansion of business, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager and the role is based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide human resources support to the business and implement human resources policy in Hong Kong office
  • Work with different business lines to understand their needs and provide them with human resources advice and solutions
  • Provide recruitment support, employee retention, performance management to the business, work with external agencies and liaise the recruitment process
  • Provide inputs on workforce planning, talent management, company structure, succession planning to the business and headquarter
  • Compile with local legal regulations and enforce adherence to requirements
  • Work with different offices to involve in HR related projects

Key requirements

  • At least 4 years of Human Resources experience in Financial Industry/Asset Management/Wealth Management/Banking industry
  • Good understanding to local employment ordinance
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills, multi-taking, proactive
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders with all levels
  • Good team player whilst able to work independently
