Job Description

HR Manager job for an Asian Multinational Electronics Group to drive all their HR Management Initiatives.

Your new company
We are partnering with a Global Technology firm that specialises in design and manufacturing of professional & high end audio products. They are currently looking for a HR Manager that can join their business.

Your new role
You will be directly report to the Senior HR Manager that oversees Hong Kong and Shenzhen Office. You will be responsible in managing all rounded HR duties including reviewing compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent management, performance review. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and other management teams in advisory on recommendations for business improvement. Your focus will also include leading the HR team and making sure business runs smooth everyday as well as any ad hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of working experience and 3 - 5 years of HR Management experience.
  • Detail minded individual and well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • Creative individual that likes change for the business
  • Strong problem solving skills and solution focused
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
